01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or integrating the WiRiSoft software platforms—including but not limited to WiRiPouch mobile applications, APIs, and the WiRiPOS retail management infrastructure—you agree to be completely bound by these Terms of Service. If you operate on behalf of a retail establishment or corporate entity, you explicitly affirm that you possess the legal proxy authority to bind that entity.

02. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

WiRiSoft targets a 99.9% hardware availability baseline for all core digital wallet endpoints. Technical maintenance windows are periodically executed during off-peak hours Central African Time (CAT) and are broadcasted to commercial partners 24 hours in advance via system feeds.

03. Intellectual Property Rights

All underlying compiled assets, database logic, user interface parameters, and proprietary ledger models deployed within the WiRiSoft architecture remain the exclusive global property of WiRiSoft. Registered end-users are granted a highly restricted, revocable, non-transferable license to access ecosystem portals in accordance with their designated plan parameters.

04. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable regional laws, WiRiSoft shall never be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, or operational revenue shortfalls resulting from platform downtime, processing delays, device incompatibility, or third-party ledger integrations.

05. Ecosystem Eligibility

To activate a personal or retail terminal profile, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold full legal competence to execute contracts. WiRiSoft platforms strictly prohibit utilization by unauthorized actors or entities barred by regional financial sanctions.

06. Account Security & Credentials

Users shoulder complete operational accountability for protecting all localized application access pins, terminal token salts, and master profile configurations. Any digital action executed through your verified installation framework is legally attributed solely to your registered entity.

07. Identity Verification & Compliance

To fulfill applicable statutory mandates, WiRiPouch implements automated verification pipelines requiring valid government-issued identification, biometric selfie validations, and verification of residence documents. Failure to pass routine or periodic checks will trigger automated profile degradation or direct wallet locks.

08. Acceptable Use Guidelines

Users agree to not misuse the systems to orchestrate fraudulent schemes, structure money laundering behaviors, bypass security thresholds via payload fuzzing, or reverse engineer platform code. Any identification of systemic exploitation will result in immediate referral to local law enforcement entities.

09. Reward Points & Promotional Phase Limits

During targeted network deployment, technical testing, and sandbox piloting phases, WiRiPouch utilizes promotional internal reward tokens. These points represent purely technical data parameters, hold zero monetary value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for sovereign fiat currency under any condition, and carry zero corporate liability.

WiRiSoft reserves absolute operational autonomy to instantly reset, scale back, modify, or permanently purge reward token balances without compensation to any participant.

10. Fees & Charges

All applicable network settlement parameters, subscription fees, or commercial merchant commissions will be explicitly disclosed prior to transaction execution. Continued operational integration of the service following updates confirms legal acceptance of updated fee metrics.

11. Independent Merchant Relations

WiRiSoft acts solely as a technological facilitator. We carry absolutely zero liability or oversight regarding the structural pricing, physical quality, supply compliance, or physical delivery of commercial goods managed through independent entities utilizing WiRiPOS.

12. Suspension & Forced Termination

WiRiSoft reserves the immediate right to permanently freeze, restrict, or wipe profile databases without prior warning upon discovering systemic policy infractions, non-compliant KYC criteria, high fraud velocity alerts, or direct operational demands issued by state authorities.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are constructed under and governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where WiRiSoft establishes its corporate operations. Dispute resolutions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of regional arbitration courts.
