01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the WiRiSoft website or utilizing our proprietary platforms—including but not limited to **WiRiPouch** and **WiRiPOS**—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
02. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
WiRiSoft strives for a 99.9% uptime for all digital platforms. Maintenance windows are typically scheduled during low-traffic periods (CAT) and will be communicated to partners 24 hours in advance.
03. Intellectual Property
All source code, design systems, and algorithms used in WiRiSoft platforms remain the exclusive property of WiRiSoft. Users are granted a non-transferable license to utilize the services as per their specific tier of partnership.
04. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiRiSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our financial or retail platforms.
