WiRiSoft Moçambique — Regulatory Document

Ecosystem Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection Architecture

At WiRiSoft Moçambique, we collect data required to support our transactional and commercial frameworks. This includes core registration parameters required for client verification within WiRiPouch and structured transactional logs processed via our WiRiPOS terminals.

  • Full Name and primary authentication claims
  • Verified contact strings (Mobile phone number, Email)
  • Structured commercial logs and point-of-sale interaction records
  • Government-issued identification parameters (National ID or Passport)
  • Static verification photography for compliance review parameters

2. Mobile Application Permissions

To maintain secure workflows and real-time storefront navigation, the WiRiPouch mobile framework requests access to localized peripheral modules. These features are strictly initiated by direct client actions:

  • Camera Module: Utilized exclusively for point-of-sale QR code parsing at active WiRiPOS environments and scanning structured ID layouts.
  • Local Storage / Media Access: Enables the secure selection and transport of corporate or identity records directly into our ingestion queues.
  • Hardware Signatures & State: Registers low-level hardware profiles to block simultaneous session takeover attacks and isolate automated system access threats.

3. Purpose of Processing and Data Usage

Data processing operations are configured solely to verify and dispatch information securely across the WiRiSoft layer. We do not aggregate data footprints for third-party marketing brokers.

  • Provision and authentication of localized client accounts
  • Real-time synchronization of physical shop inventories and dynamic cart states
  • Cybersecurity log aggregation and database performance optimization
  • Adherence to internal performance metrics and financial tracking frameworks

4. Information Sharing Boundaries

WiRiSoft Moçambique does not monetize, distribute, or expose consumer profiles to promotional external networks. Transaction indices are strictly marshaled to the destination merchant point during order validation to enable real-world stock resolution.

5. Data Retention Policy

Active data matrices persist while the corresponding account remains viable. Ledger entries written into our PostgreSQL nodes remain archived to enforce absolute historical accountability and financial auditing paths.

6. Account Termination and Anonymization

Users can trigger full session termination and record purging paths within the WiRiPouch settings panel or by executing an explicit request to privacy@wirisoft.com. Upon verification, direct login indexes are scrubbed from operational caches.

7. Transaction and Balance Frameworks

Loyalty point registries, internal tokens, or system testing values presented during pilot validation processes represent operational telemetry tracking metrics. They do not constitute banking deposits, legal fiat currencies, or tradeable assets.

8. Cryptographic and Core System Security

// All transactional routing is isolated directly inside dedicated Django structures and structured PostgreSQL schemas. Third-party database hosting layers are strictly avoided.

Transport protocols utilize rigorous TLS enforcement alongside AES-256 cipher locks at persistent nodes. Access keys to our database engines are walled off behind restrictive least-privilege identity structures.

9. Regulatory and Legal Alignment

As a technology platform provider in Mozambique, WiRiSoft aligns its data verification schemas with localized transparency laws and fraud mitigation parameters, cooperating fully with authorized legal bodies when formal disclosures are requested.

10. Statutory User Rights

Users preserve full legal rights to audit their registered account parameters, correct factual profile errors, and dissolve interface tracking flags by communicating directly with our compliance desk at privacy@wirisoft.com.

11. Age Limitations and Protective Isolation

The WiRiSoft suite is restricted to entities and individuals holding full legal capacity who are 18 years of age or older. We do not process records belonging to minors; any such identified data structures will be immediately scrubbed.
