Terms of Service
01. Acceptance of Framework Terms
By integrating, accessing, or utilizing software protocols deployed under the WiRiSoft Moçambique framework — including WiRiPouch micro-applications, secure API pipelines, and the WiRiPOS terminal engine — you establish absolute legal consensus with these Terms of Service.
02. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our system core targets a 99.9% architectural availability threshold for distributed nodes. Programmed engineering sprints are isolated to low-traffic bounds in Central African Time (CAT) and broadcasted to enterprise partners 24 hours in advance.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
All relational database models, backend Django engine source paths, and transaction ledger configurations remain the exclusive worldwide property of WiRiSoft Moçambique. Users receive a restricted, revocable license to execute transactional routines.
04. Limitation of Liability boundaries
To the full extent permitted under applicable statutes, WiRiSoft shall not be held liable for commercial performance deviations, downstream operational revenue gaps, or inventory data misalignment stemming from terminal communication disconnects.
05. Ecosystem Onboarding Eligibility
To activate merchant endpoints or terminal sync keys, operators must demonstrate full legal contractual capacity and be 18 years of age or older. Entities flagged in regulatory sanction matrix repositories are blocked from system entry.
06. Access Credential Security Compliance
Operators bear full individual accountability for sheltering mobile interaction PINs, hardware deployment strings, and local configuration tokens. Actions logged via active cryptographic keys are treated as authentic instructions.
07. Verification Processing Protocols
To fulfill foundational systemic checking targets, the WiRiPouch gateway retains rights to demand structural document uploads. Missing validation matrices trigger dynamic backend functionality limits or full account isolation.
08. Systemic Prohibitions and Use Limits
Users must not exploit endpoint hooks to process fictional clearing streams, reverse engineer network data packets, or launch parameter-fuzzing scripts against our PostgreSQL architecture. Infractions generate immediate link closures and escalation.
09. System Testing Metrics and Reward Allocation
Promotional loyalty systems and localized points processed during testing phases serve exclusively as software tracking telemetry. They hold zero monetary equivalent values and can be fully reset or deleted at our tech team's absolute discretion.
10. Licensing Tariffs and Transaction Processing Costs
Applicable technical software access rates, server tracking maintenance costs, or agreed point-of-sale data routing fees are mapped transparently within your specific billing node layout. System use confirms agreement with active fees.
11. Autonomous Retail Entity Relationships
WiRiSoft operates exclusively as an infrastructure technology contractor. We bear zero consumer liability or legal oversight regarding product quality, inventory delivery structures, or sovereign pricing models deployed by businesses running WiRiPOS terminals.
12. Preemptive Suspension and Link Purging
We retain right to isolate network pipelines and suspend database synchronization processes without prior notice upon logging security faults, persistent policy failure, or dynamic compliance directives issued by state legal entities.
13. Governing Jurisdictions and Arbitration
These operational terms of use are assembled under and governed strictly by the legal codes tracking our baseline corporate registration. Contractual disagreements are marshaled to designated regional arbitration chambers.
14. Corporate Legal and Compliance Ingestion Nodes
